This charming villa is a pleasant holiday destination. The villa is tastefully decorated. The house consists of two floors. The top floor is rented out to you, and the lower floor is closed because of privacy for the tenants. We offer you a carefree holiday on the Costa Blanca, in our fully equipped home. It is located right on the coastal road about 50 meters to all amenities, such as the large supermarket Pepe la Sal, restaurants, bank, golf, doctor, pharmacy, and a beautiful bay at 5 minutes walk, with a great walking path along the sea. In short, all the ingredients are there for a memorable vacation. On the 2nd floor of our villa are 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This beautiful house with spacious and complete living room, kitchen, enclosed carport, very nice tropical garden with private pool, outdoor shower, and various seating areas and corners, and a hammock where you can relax, all very private. There is a wonderful outdoor kitchen where you will cook with pleasure, or grill a piece of meat or fish on the griddle. There is also a mini fridge. In the evenings, you can enjoy the tropical garden which is illuminated. The chalet has Wi-Fi and international satellite T.V. You can do many activities in the vicinity: Golf Ifach is at about 5 minutes. There are also tennis courts and a modern fitness center. An absolute must is the coastal walkway that starts close to this destination, and continues to Calpe, incredibly beautiful. Access 45 minutes Alicante airport, and 1 hour Valencia.
