For which period are the apartments rented?
Our apartments are rented throughout the year. Longer periods are possible on request, for example in the winter.
Do you use a fixed changeover day?
No, all weekdays are possible as long as the rental period is at least a week.
Is the price per apartment or per person?
The price is calculated per apartment.
What is the high, mid and low season?
The high season is July, August and September. Mid season is April, May, June, October, November and December. The low season is January, February and March. The week of Christmas and Easter are high season.
Reservations can be made by using the contact form. I will answer you as soon as possible. I will then pass the information I need you to confirm the reservation.
Can I get an option on an apartment?
I can give an option for one of our apartments. This is valid for a few days, so you have plenty of time to book the flights. The option is only valid after you have received my email with a confirmation of the option.
A payment of 50% is required by bank transfer to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount is paid upon arrival.
To cancel your reservation please contact me as soon as possible.
If I want to cancel my booking, will I get my money back?
Depending on the time of cancellation. If canceled 4 weeks before arrival you will be given half of what you paid, if canceled a few weeks or days before, the reservation is not paid back. I advise you to take a travel and cancellation insurance.
Are towels, linens and beach towels in the apartment?
In all our apartments are towels and bed linen provided and its use is included in the rent. There are no beach towels provided.
What happens if I break something?
Please contact me as soon as possible and we will try to fix it. We will deduct the cost of repairs from the deposit.
You can check in from 14:00. If you arrive earlier and the apartments are ready, you can check immediately.
No later than 10:00. If there is no reservation for the same day, you can stay till 12:00.
Before arrival you must confirm your arrival time, and half an hour before you call me and I am waiting at the door of the apartment.
Before leaving, I do the final inspection, we settle the security deposit and I take the keys in.
All apartments have an elevator.
Will the apartment be cleaned?
The apartment is cleaned before arrival.
Can we bring a bed or air mattress?
This is not allowed.
Do you also arrange the transport?
No, you only rent the apartment with us.
You are responsible for transportation to and from the apartment. We have very good experiences with Beniconnect from Alicante airport, www.beniconnect.com
Pets are not allowed.
In all our apartments is a no smoking policy, we ask that you adhere to this, also as a courtesy for the next tenants.
Will the plugs of our chargers fit in Spanish sockets?
Spain uses the EU standard (Europlug 240V).
